How to Delete Pages From a PDF

Deleting pages is useful for removing duplicates, cover sheets, obsolete pages and accidental scans.

Preview the document

Before deleting anything, inspect thumbnails and page numbers. Keep the original local PDF so you always have a source copy.

Choose the pages that should not appear in the final PDF. Non-consecutive pages can be selected individually.

Run Remove Pages, then review the remaining page sequence. Make sure no required page was accidentally selected.

If you only need a few pages from a large PDF, Extract Pages may be faster because you select the pages to keep rather than the pages to delete.
